If everyone does a blog, and
I think social media in real estate is a good idea. There is a problem with social media. The company is supposed to be transparent, but the public can pretend to be whoever they want.
At the end of the day, you want to look at all listings in a neighborhood, and maybe you don't care about what people think about individual listings. Particularly when people, including Realtors, can be very disparaging about rival listings.
Q: How can there by community discussions if you are limited by Fair Housing Laws?
