Saul:  Zillow's got the right idea, we should be dealing with all of the properties.

 

Male:  I don't know where the MLS is going to go, but I am not sure that our compensation package is going to be the same.  In fact, I think is that it will not.  Let's not be afraid of giving information to people.

 

Within five years, we are going to see the whole industry change.  Don't be afraid of change, but do be concerned with how you are going to serve clients.

 

There is a lot that can learned by watching how clients

 

Corey: Come into SecondLife and I will show you some changes.  The fun part is that you don't even need a license to sell real estate in SL.

 

Bob Hale:  In the future, you will be able to see who is giving money to different politicians.  In Houston, a concern we hear from consumers is that they are unable to compare the effectiveness of agents.  That the kind of information consumers want.  Will MLS's provide it, or will third parties?

 

Point2:  Identity is key to credibility, but they will have to develop social capital before they become credible.
