5.  Buyers will be able to sign into open houses, and transfer their buyer profile or homesearchID by "bumping" their smart phone.

 

Comments / discussion:

 

Leveraging new technology to make buyers more visible to sellers is a great VRM move.  Should there a be a MLS equivalence for buyer's intent? Who would pay for the infrastructure for this?  Who would do the advertising to let enough buyers know about this to increase its value?
