10.  Buyers will be able to manage and release their listing clickstreams so sellers, including distressed sellers, auctioneers, and lenders or government agencies with foreclosures, can invite them to bid on properties.

Comments / discussion:

Yes, if we can get multiple buyers interested in a property to bid up the price and run an auction where qualified families can have a greater chance to succeed against speculators, that would be a good thing.  But again, what problem are we trying to solve, and does it exist?
