Yes, if a geoloco app were created and attached to an MLS-like listing, you would know as you drove by houses whether they are for sale, etc. Would you get info on no. of bids outstanding, how many people are interested in this property etc? Data entry and aggregation would be the key to an app like that. Before that happens, I'm sure a local real estate company would allow you to AR on properties they managed, and a complementary tie-in into MLS listings.
